Finally Updating

Here is Eli at scout day camp. He absolutely loved it, especially shooting guns and bows and arrows. They did some great activities like going swimming and some crafts.

This is Luke and some of his friends at his birthday party, at the bounce town.

There is nothing like a good old fashioned barn raising! We have such wonderful friends and neighbors who came out to help us get our barn up. We had great food, and the men did the work while the girls got to visit and the kids played. We even took time to ride the horse..NICE!




This is Luke's kindergarten graduation. It was so special to see my little Luke making such a big leap into 1st grade.





This is our fire pit, Cody's vision finally became a reality this spring. We love it, we have had friends over to roast hot dogs and marshmellows. When it is not so hot, later this fall we may use it even more.

These are my garden boxes that I finally got up in May, I am growing tomatoes, bell peppers (green and red), zucchini, butternut squash, watermelon, pumpkin, and cantaloup. I tried a few other things but they never came up, we will try the peas, lettuce, raddishes, and spinach again later this fall.

This is Eli's wrestling medal. He went to a wrestling meet in Wasenburg and took 1st place in his division. This was in April. He loves to wrestle and can't wait to start again in January. Great job Eli, we are so proud!
