We have had a very fun and full summer. We started off by going to Utah for 1 week and then to Oregon for about 6 weeks. We did a lot of stuff...in Oregon we visited with family and friends, went to our favorite Oregon beach named Indian Beach, also to the Portland Zoo, Portland Children's Museum, Oregon Coast Aquarium, Ate Tillamook Ice Cream at the Tillamook Cheese Factory(a family tradition), and I actually exercised every day of our vacation(except Sunday). Cody flew out for our 14th anniversary and the 4th of July. We didn't tell the kids, it was the best surprise ever. I almost forgot the kids very favorite thing we did in Utah...We went on a private tour of East High School during a some of the filming of it. We got to see some of the props before anyone else, hear Gabriella and Troy singing on the roof and best of all, got a personal wave from Vanessa Hudgens. (Don't you want to shake our hands now..HeHe) On our way home from Oregon we got to go to the Twin Fall Temple open house, and then we took a side trip to St. George to take Katie aka Sister Moon and her companion out to lunch. It was a wonderful 1 hour visit.
Back at home we have been relaxing and I finished reading the most popular Twilight series. We are now getting ready for school to start. More on that later. Enjoy some pictures of summer.
